D’Llisha Davis
D’Llisha Davis has served the city as a catalyst for cultural progression. From hosting events, curating shows, artist management, tour marketing some of the hottest shows to come to Nashville, and educating the community through panels, workshops and the school system, D’Llisha has proven to be an integral player in the cultivation of the Nashville Hip Hop scene.
As a Nashville native, D’Llisha Davis has built her foundation through education, becoming a force in the Nashville Hip Hop scene, providing spaces for all through event curation, and her work in the community. D’Llisha first made her mark in Music City as the owner of hip hop media outlet and promotional marketing brand, 2Ls on a Cloud. She currently manages recording artist, Daisha McBride who has performed at the BET Awards and starred in her own documentary through BET’s In Her Element executive produced by Queen Latifah.
From the BET Awards pink carpet representing black women in artist management to a powerful force in Nashville’s entertainment ecosystem through events like NASHFEELS and the HERSTORY Brunchseries , D'Llisha encourages black women to hold space in male dominated industries. Through her work she has been nominated for various awards, noted as a top 40 under 40, recognized by TEDxNashville, spotlighted by Who Knew Nashville, and celebrated by Nike Culture Cultivator with her own Nike shoe.
