Scar Halloween Costume
This year I’m paying homage to so many of the most memorable characters from my childhood. First up is Scar.
When it comes to The Lion King, where do I begin? It gave us sadness, hope, friendship, family, love, and fear. It was seriously everything.
The cast as a whole is phenomenal. There are quite a few stand out characters, but honestly, none are like Scar. Scar came WAY before I knew exactly what shade was, but girl, was he shady. Every chance he got he gave a side-eye, a flimsy excuse, or a backhanded compliment that went way over Simba’s head.
I remember being so frustrated because Simba wasn’t picking up what he was putting down, but also being so sure that Scar’s whack antics we never going to work.
HONEY to this day that Mufasa v. Scar scene is one of the most polarizing scenes in Disney history. Feel how you want about Scar, but you will always remember his name.
